IJ White Dual Cooling Spirals.
Features:
- Belt: 48" wide (46.5" effective), 1" x 1" stainless steel flex with double reinforcing links on both sides.
- Belt lengths: Spiral 1 - 1210' total 1168 effective; Spiral 2 - 1150' total 1085 effective. Total lengths: 2360' total 2253 effective.
- Product clearance 3 1/4".
- Levels: Spiral 1 - 14; Spiral 2 - 13.
- Straight through configurations; Spiral 1 - bottom in, top out; Spiral 2 - top in, bottom out.
- Includes enclosure, two 75 ton evaporators and control panels.
- This dual spiral was used to cool and freeze flat bread and pizza crusts. Spiral 1 was a cooler and spiral 2 was a freezer.
- This unit has only been used for 6600 hrs.
- These spirals were removed by professional riggers and have been stored in a warehouse. All components were checked by IJ White recently and all parts were accounted for except a small guard on the take-up drive. The inventory documents are available for review.
